Alongside her work in healthcare, Koushiki has developed a broad professional background across the creative industries and charitable sector. She has worked with The Walt Disney Company and the National Film and Television School, as well as supporting a number of charities. These roles strengthened her skills in organisation, coordination, and communication, providing her with valuable transferable expertise that enriches her current role in wellbeing services.
A graduate of the University of Essex with a BA (Hons) in Film Studies and Literature, Koushiki is passionate about combining creativity with structure in order to create positive impact. Known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting others, she ensures that both patients and colleagues feel valued, respected, and empowered.
