Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may sometimes require you to change your appointment. To ensure we can best serve all our clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy:
No Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 72 hours' notice.
£100 Fee: For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
£125 Fee: For appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled appointment.
