Antonia specialises in working with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, trauma, phobias, and relationship challenges. She also provides support for complex mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, and treatment-resistant depression. Her integrative approach means she adapts therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing on Relational Therapy, Psychodynamic and Humanistic models, alongside evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH).
Antonia believes that therapy is not only about overcoming difficulties, but also about empowering individuals to build resilience, develop self-awareness, and create meaningful change. At the heart of her practice lies the therapeutic relationship – a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard and understood. With warmth and professionalism, she works collaboratively to help clients gain clarity, process emotions, and move forward with confidence.
Whether facing stress, loss, or complex mental health concerns, Antonia’s aim is to guide each person towards greater wellbeing and a more fulfilling life. At Living Mind Wellbeing, she combines compassion with proven therapeutic techniques to offer a path to healing, growth, and lasting change.
